Mary Ann Chirba is the lead author of Health Care Reform: Law and Practice - A Comprehensive Guide to the Affordable Care Act and its Implementing Regulations, a 2 volume treatise, co-authored by Alice A. Noble and Michael M. Maddigan.

With Prof. Alice A. Noble, Dr. Chirba has published and spoken extensively on the Affordable Care Act. She has also published numerous articles and been invited to present at the World Stem Cell Summit and other domestic and international conferences on FDA and international regulation of adult stem cell therapies and regenerative medicine. 

Professor Chirba holds a joint faculty appointment with the Tufts Medical School through its joint JD/MPH program with BC Law, and is an Adjunct Professor of Law at NYU Law School.
