Jim Repetti is a nationally recognized tax expert in the individual income tax, corporate tax, estate and gift tax, partnership tax and international tax. He has been a consultant to the Internal Revenue Service, Justice Department, and the U.S. Senate and is the co-author of three textbooks, Federal Wealth Transfer Taxation: Cases and Materials (2015); Introduction to United States International Taxation (6th Edition, 2014); and Partnership Income Taxation (2011). Repetti is also a contributing author to the treatises, Comparative Income Taxation: A Structural Analysis and The International Guide to Partnerships. Professor Repetti has contributed to articles on taxation and has appeared as a commentator in publications such as Bloomberg, the Washington Post, Marketplace, Boston Globe, Christian Science Monitor, Forbes Magazine, Wall Street Journal and Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly. He holds a peer review “AV Preeminent” rating from Martindale-Hubbell, which is the highest rating available to lawyers.
