Participant Frequently Asked Questions
This is a 12-week retreat of Spiritual Exercise that is made independently and shared in a small group setting. The Institute will divide participants into small groups, with one member of the group serving as the facilitator. This group will organize online meetings every two weeks, independent of the Institute. The Institute will host every three weeks a presentation for all retreatants while the overall program will be dependent upon one's own time and motivation.
This retreat is intended to be a 12-week experience, starting on June 7th and ending on August 30th.
The retreat will for the most part be self-directed, using a Jesuit Source called Finding Christ in the World. Although it will be made independently, each participant may be placed in a small group with a facilitator for faith sharing. The Institute will host a presentation every three weeks for all retreatants while the overall program will be dependent upon one's own time and motivation.
The retreat itself is free of charge. The only cost is the Finding Christ in the World booklet. To ensure that you receive the book by June 7, please order the book as soon as possible, especially given the potential shipping delays related to COVID-19.
The Institute will help to facilitate the assignments of participants into small groups, with one or two members of the group serving as the facilitator. The Institute will also host a presentation on the Spiritual Exercises every three weeks for all retreatants.
