Overview

Endeavor is a three-day program at the end of Winter Break. Day one focuses on getting to know yourself and your skills through workshops and reflection time with peers. You will connect with alumni on day two to explore industries of interest. The final day brings everything full circle with a career trek into Boston where you will experience a workplace.

Meet your Endeavor Fellow and start connecting with other Endeavor 2020 participants.

What Does the World Need You to Be?

Learn what skills employers are seeking and think about how those connect to your own skills. What brings you joy? What are you good at? What do you want to develop? Start to learn what career paths may align with your skills.

4:00–4:15 p.m.

Break

4:30–5:00 p.m.

Presenting Your Best Self

Learn tips that will help you effectively connect with alumni on day two of Endeavor.

5:00–6:00 p.m.

Practice Networking

Practice your networking skills while meeting peers with similar interests.

6:00–6:45 p.m.

Dinner and Group Discussion

Connect with your Endeavor Fellow and peers over dinner. Enjoy retreat-style reflective conversations with students and Career Center staff about your interests, skills, and education, and how they contribute to your plans for the future.

Try out your new skills. Work the room and connect with alumni, faculty, and staff.

Re-connect with your Endeavor Fellow and group to discuss what you learned. Prepare together for your Liberal Arts Career Trek.
