The Fall Career & Internship Fair features over 150 for-profit, nonprofit and government organizations recruiting for both internship and full-time positions. This fair allows employers to meet with many interested undergraduate and graduate students representing all majors, class years, and career interests.

Optional Reverse Career Fair
The Reverse Career Fair flips a traditional fair. Student organizations will host tables and employers will have the opportunity to network with diverse student leaders to build connections with student organizations throughout the year. Organizations representing pre-professional, academic, and diversity interests will be in attendance.

Approximately 2,000 undergraduate and graduate students representing all majors, class years, and career interests attend the Fall Career & Internship Fair each year.
Career Fair Sponsor: $1000

For-Profit Attendee: Early Registration: $475 by August 2nd ~ Regular Registration: $525 by September 5th or until full.
Registration includes: 1 six-foot table with linen, refreshments, and up to 2 parking passes. If possible, we encourage attendees to take public transportation, taxi or rideshare services.
Non-Profit/Government Attendee: Early Registration: $150 by August 2nd ~ Regular Registration: $175 by September 5th.

Typically, capacity is reached 1-2 weeks prior to the fair and we will maintain a wait list.
Two representatives from each organization are welcome to attend. However, employers sponsoring the Fall Career Fair may bring up to 6 representatives.
All cancellation requests must be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org. The deadline to request a registration cancellation or refund is ten business days prior to the event by 5:00 p.m Eastern Time. Any cancellation request received before the cancellation deadline will receive a full (100%) refund. No refunds will be issued after this date.
If you do not show up on the day of the Career Fair, and your cancellation request was not received by the deadline, you will be responsible for paying the full registration fee. If you fail to pay in full, your organization will not be permitted to register for the next fair. Registration fees will not be credited toward a future fair.
We are committed to offering our students a diverse mix of job and internship opportunities from a variety of industries. Therefore, selection of career fair employers is based on current job market conditions and student demands. Your registration will be reviewed by Career Center staff before it is approved, and your registration is not confirmed until you receive a detailed confirmation email with your invoice.
If Boston College is closed the day of the event due to inclement weather, the Career Center will attempt to reschedule the event. Organizations that have already paid will be able to apply their fees to the new date or have the option to receive a full refund.
Wi-Fi inside Conte Forum has very limited capacity. You will likely not be able to download files, videos or presentations. If you wish to display information on your laptop or tablet, we strongly suggest you download the information to your device in advance. Please have your device fully charged because we cannot allow extension cords on the floor for safety reasons. To access the visitor Wi-Fi, visit this site for more information.

If you require return shipping, please bring a pre-printed airbill with you to the fair. Return shipping instructions and locations will be provided to each employer on the day of the fair. All materials left behind will be discarded.
