More about Our Programs

We invite all students to take advantage of the over 130 career development programs we offer each year. From 1L Bootcamp, which nurtures professional skill development in students’ first year, to practical job-finding programs like On-Campus Interviews and “Meet the Employers” panels, the BC Law Office of Career Services offers time-tested, successful programming to meet students’ needs.

Counseling Appointments

We encourage you to make an appointment to discuss your career-related questions with a professional staff member. We offer drop-in sessions Monday-Thursday from 12:00-1:00 p.m. when classes are in session. You can also use our online scheduling system to make an appointment.

In addition to the online resources below, Career Services offers extensive programming and career counseling for students interested in working in the public interest.

Our Clerkships folder on CSO Google Drive contains everything you need to know about assisting a judge as a law clerk.

While the market for open law school faculty positions is quite competitive, many BC Law graduates successfully pursue this career. If you would like to explore this aspect of our profession, the Law School’s Committee on Alumni in Teaching can help you.
