CDIL collaborated with Professor Sylvia Sellers-García as she developed an idea for an ATIG grant from ATAB to develop more engagement for her Latin America History course. The grant focused on the design and capturing of 360 degree video to immerse students in key locations in Latin America. CDIL collaborate with BC Libraries to provide students with access to basic VR headsets. Weaving the content into the course required CDIL and Professor Sellers Garcia to redesign many aspects of her course with positive outcomes for enhanced student engagement in the course.
