Andrew has been a Learning Designer and Learning Experience Designer at CDIL since its inception in 2019. He has worked on numerous graduate online programs at Boston College, most often in the Lynch School of Education and Human Development and Woods College for Advancing Studies. His expertise in learning experience design ranges from approaches to course ideation to competency based grading and authentic assessments. Prior to CDIL, Andrew spent a decade in K-12 educational research on teaching quality and assessment of teacher candidates.

Andrew is in the process of completing his dissertation on designing collaborative learning experiences in online learning environments. He lives with his spouse and two young children in the Metrowest area, dabbling in landscaping and running on the Assabet River Rail Trail in his free time.
