Ashish Naidu is a Learning Design Assistant at the Center for Digital Innovation in Learning (CDIL) and is currently pursuing his MBA at the Carroll School of Management at Boston College. With five years of experience in strategic consulting and a Master’s degree in Economics, Ashish brings a structured, analytical approach to the design and development of digital learning experiences.
Prior to joining CDIL, Ashish worked at I-PAC, an India-based consulting firm, where he worked across strategy, marketing, operations, and stakeholder engagement on large-scale projects for government and public sector clients. His experience spans translating strategy into execution, collaborating across diverse teams, and working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
At CDIL, Ashish supports course development, learning design processes, and the integration of technology to enhance student engagement. He is particularly interested in how data-driven problem-solving, structured thinking, and user-centered design can improve learning outcomes and create scalable educational experiences.
