On August 1, 2023 Microsoft announced a change to its storage model for Microsoft 365. Previously, all eligible members of the BC community received 1TB of storage. However, with the new storage model, Boston College will be given a limited amount of storage to distribute across all eligible students, faculty, and staff. This change is similar to changes happening with other products that offer online cloud storage.
To ensure all eligible members have adequate space with Microsoft 365, as of September 15, 2023, each account will have a storage limit of 250 GB of data.
