As of October 12, 2020, anyone who organizes a Google Meet video meeting with their personal BC Google Workspace account will now automatically receive an attendance report after the meeting has ended to help meeting organizers keep track of attendance. Previously, organizers could manually keep track of attendance information.

Attendance Reporting Features:

  • Meeting organizers will receive an attendance report via email once the meeting is over.
  • Attendance reports will be generated for web or mobile meetings with at least five (and no more than 250) participants.
  • Attendance Reports will contain the following information:
    • Participant’s name.
    • Participant’s email.
    • Length of time a participant was on the call, including when they joined and exited.
  • NOTE: This feature only works for individual BC Google Workspace accounts, not shared group accounts.
