Matz Becomes Gerontological Society of America Fellow & Studies Volunteerism

Associate Professor Christina Matz was inducted into the Gerontological Society of America as a fellow. She also partnered with the Massachusetts Service Alliance to conduct a survey among 338 volunteer organizations across the state to better understand the needs of volunteers. She presented her findings at the May 2019 Massachusetts Conference on Volunteerism in Worcester, Massachusetts.
