Energy Materials

One of the great challenges of our modern society is to meet the increasing energy demand by using sustainable, efficient, and renewable energy sources. In our department, we are aiming to develop efficient and advanced energy materials and devices by adopting the fundamental physics principles. The current research topics include high performance thermoelectric materials, superconductors, coupled electronphonon transport, and photovoltaics.
