The Help Center is the initial point of contact for requests for assistance. All requests are tracked. If a problem requires on-site assistance, it is quickly routed to the appropriate Technology Consultant.

Walk-In Help Desk
The Walk-In Help Desk, located in O'Neill 316, provides assistance to users needing technology help with their computer's software, networking, virus removal, computer rebuild/reimage, and other such issues.
Note: In light of current public health challenges and reductions in on-campus staffing, face-to-face technologies services are being limited. To inquire about available Walk-In Help Desk services, please contact your TC or the BC Help Center at 617-552-HELP (4357) or email@example.com.
Technology Consultants (TCs)
Faculty seeking assistance may contact the Technology Consultant (TC) assigned to their department. TCs provide a wide range of desktop computing support and technology-related consulting. TCs have offices near the area they support to facilitate on-site assistance. See the TC website.

Hardware Repair Center
The Hardware Repair Center provides BC faculty, staff, and students an on-campus facility for warranty and non-warranty computers as well as University owned printers. Learn more about the Hardware Repair Center, including what brands they are certified to repair.
