Student Employment

Per recent guidelines issued by the Department of Homeland Security, at this time employees who are physically present at a work location must complete their Form I-9 requirement in person.  As a result, newly-hired students are required to come in person to the Office of Student Services to complete their Form I-9.

Students need to bring forms of identification (such as a valid/unexpired U.S. Passport, or valid driver’s license, Eagle ID card and Social Security card or birth certificate) in original formats. No pictures or photocopies will be accepted. International F-1 students will need to bring in their valid Foreign Passport along with their Forms I-94 and I-20 and their letter of Employment Authorization from the BC Office of International Students and Scholars (OISS).

For those students who are completely remote for fall and need to complete their Form I-9 requirement, please contact Maureen Nunes at
