  • Keep it simple. I use keywords to find your answer. 

  • Don’t submit personal information. I provide general answers.

  • I’m not a real person, but I can help you get to one. Just type, “Contact department.”

  • Take advantage of my links and suggestions. If I can’t answer your specific question, I’ll provide helpful resources or contact information. 

  • I speak multiple languages, including English, Chinese (Simplified), Spanish, and Vietnamese. Click on the globe icon at the top of my window and let’s talk!

  • You can clear our conversation or download a transcript of it. Click on the three dots next to the globe icon at the top of my window.
