Effective Monday, September 14, the Office of Student Services is open again for walk-in service. You no longer need an appointment to meet with a member of the General Services team in person for any of our normal services including student employment, ID cards, and parking permits. We still require the wearing of a face mask, and please pay attention to the social distancing markings on the floors. Students wishing to schedule an appointment with their Financial Aid Officer, Credit and Collections staff, or Academic Recorder must call for a phone appointment at 800-294-0294 or 617-552-3300.
All students should mail financial aid documents to the Boston College Document Processing Center (PO Box 1482, Portsmouth, NH 03801). Incoming students may also send documents to firstname.lastname@example.org. If submitting electronically, please use .PDF as the formatted file type. W-2's and tax returns should be sent as two separate PDF's. Please write the student's eagle number on each page submitted.
Financial aid documents recently mailed to the Office of Student Services' Chestnut Hill address will be forwarded to the Document Processing Center within 7–10 days and reviewed in a timely manner.
