The Walk-In Help Desk, located on O'Neill 3rd floor, provides assistance to users needing technology help with their computer's software, networking, virus removal, computer rebuild/reimage, and other such issues.
Walk-In Help Desk Hours
- Monday-Thursday 7am-11pm
- Friday 7am-10pm
- Saturday 10am-6pm
- Sunday 11am-7pm
TCs are assigned to buildings or groups of departments, allowing them to develop relationships with faculty & staff in their area, while reporting to a central management team.
