J. Vincent Reppert, founding partner of Reppert Oates & Vytell LLC, has developed an extensive corporate and business and sports law practice for over 30 years, which includes counseling and litigation in all courts throughout the United States. Mr. Reppert has presented numerous seminars and speaks on employment, business, and sports law matters throughout the country, as well as being a Faculty Lecturer at Georgetown University and Syracuse University, where he played football. He was also a free agent with the Patriots.
Mr. Reppert is an experienced litigator in all types of commercial and business-related and sports law related disputes, with an emphasis on collective bargaining, representing NFL existing and former players in many matters, and sports facilities and universities. Mr. Reppert has represented both large and small corporations in a variety of matters involving trademark infringement, breach of licensing, professional agreements for athletes, NIL and promotional agreements, employment discrimination, and wrongful discharge. A large percentage of Mr. Reppert's corporate clients are in the sports and entertainment industries, where he has developed an expertise and has served as an expert, mediator, and arbitrator. Mr. Reppert represents many former NFL players in the NFL Concussion Litigation.
