Articulation Agreements

 


The M.S. in Applied Economics has articulation agreements with Stonehill College, Merrimack College, and Suffolk University. Under the terms of these agreements, qualified students from each partner institution are eligible for the following:

  • Waiver of the application fee
  • Waiver of the Graduate Record Exam (GRE)
  • Preferred admission without the competition of the rest of the applicant pool
  • Advanced standing for up to two upper-level elective courses in Economics that the student has completed at the partner institution
  • Option to complete the eight remaining course requirements in one additional calendar year

Qualifications

  • Anticipated successful completion of a bachelor's degree from partner institution in May of senior year
  • Overall GPA of 3.30 or above at the partner institution
  • Submission of all the application materials by the published Boston College deadline.

The Woods College of Advancing Studies is proud to offer College of the Holy Cross and Stonehill College students and graduates an option for preferred admission to the Master of Science in Cybersecurity Policy and Governance. This option is available to Stonehill students and graduates with majors or minors in Computer Science.

Qualifications

  • Anticipated successful completion of a bachelor’s degree in May of senior year or graduation from Holy Cross or Stonehill College
  • Overall GPA of 3.30 or above
  • Submission of all Cybersecurity Policy and Governance application materials by the end of the semester in which the student will graduate, or if a graduate, within the required timeframe of the applicable admissions cycle. 

Financial Aid

  • All students are eligible to apply for financial aid. The Woods College also has additional scholarships for students who qualify based upon both merit and need.
  • Qualified Holy Cross and Stonehill students should apply in the Fall semester of their Senior year in order to receive priority consideration for financial aid.

  • Advanced standing for up to two approved upper-level elective courses completed by the student at the partner institution
  • Option to complete the eight remaining course requirements in one additional calendar year
