Biography

Brianna Stonick is a senior IS major concentrating in Political Economy and Development Studies (PEDS) with a self-directed minor in communications studies. Raised in Connecticut, she studied French for 7 years before traveling abroad to Paris in the spring of 2020. Last year she worked as a URF for her comparative politics professor, assisting with research on African land rights and democracy. This past summer she campaigned for democratic MA-4 congressional candidate, Alan Khazei, serving as the foriegn policy lead. At BC, she is a proud OTE alumna, active in the first-generation community, a member of the women’s rugby team, and on the e-board of Leading Women Tomorrow. Within IS, she is interested in globalization, inequality, and human rights.
