Profile

Lalig is a seasoned Agile professional with over 25 years of program management services in Technology, Financial Services, Capital Markets and Risk Management. She consults on large scale Agile transformations in healthcare and other industries. She has worked as a Chief Operating Officer and Chief of Staff to the Vice Chair and Chief Risk Officer for Fleet Bank managing multiple initiatives.

Lalig was a technology partner at Fidelity Investments for $52B line of business to develop technology roadmap, cost savings opportunities and budget optimization. She has managed and delivered $2M SharePoint project for largest Massachusetts employer and created client project organization structure to work with consulting team.

Lalig has led several non-profit organizations, including the Project Management Institute, Mass Bay Chapter, as President and prior to that, as Executive Vice President. She was recognized as an Unsung Heroine of Massachusetts by the State of Massachusetts; she was also a former candidate for State Representative for the 24th Middlesex District. She is a former Boston Chapter Steering Committee member of the Professional Risk Managers International Association (PRMIA) and has worked in various countries including England, France, India, South Korea, Brazil and throughout the United States.
