Symposium Proceedings
Presenters will be encouraged to submit a 4-6 page paper or an extended abstract for inclusion in the IES 2026 proceedings. Details on the submissions will be posted on this page.
Prior to the meeting
We anticipate that papers received prior to the pre-meeting deadline will be loaded onto a thumbdrive, distributed at the meeting, and will be eligible for the Best Paper Award.
Papers should be submitted in pdf format with a maximum file size of 5Mb. General guidance on the style may be found here (there is no change from the 2023 style guidance).
Zipped tar files containing pdfs of the talks (~211Mb), posters (~4Mb), and papers (~6Mb) are now available. Note that presentations and papers are only included with author permission, so not all are included in the files. Files updated 7/31/2026 (talks & papers).
If there is sufficient interest by the presenters, a Zenodo community may be created to host papers, talks, and posters, as was done for IES 2023
