The following was an email sent to Campus Recreation members on May 29, 2020.
We hope this finds you and your family staying safe and well. While we have been working on providing online opportunities for our members (like our Wellness Check Ins, Intramural offerings, and other video series) during our time apart, Campus Recreation has also been working on creating guidelines and protocols for our reopening. These plans are based on the current state and local government regulations, and also take into consideration industry standards, ACHA Guidelines, CDC guidelines, and learning from our Campus Recreation peers across the country that have reopened. We will share our plan and timeline, including facility adjustments, staff training, member responsibilities and expectations, as soon as we are able. We have been receiving some questions regarding memberships, locker items, and a few other topics. We apologize for any delay in response, as some of the items depend on the reopening of our facilities. Below is the information we are able to share as of now, and we will continue to update it as we are able. Please continue to reach out to us if you have any other questions or concerns. We miss seeing all of you, and hope to see you soon.
