Group fitness classes are free to all members and are located at the Margot Connell Recreation Complex. Non-members are welcome to participate in group fitness classes, but must first purchase a BC Rec day pass to access the facility. Classes are drop in (no registration required), but we do offer spin class reservations 24-hours in advance so you can guarantee a bike.

Fall Schedules

All classes will be held in the Margot Connell Recreation Center

An abbreviated Fall 2019 schedule begins Monday, August 26. The full schedule will begin Tuesday, September 3.

All classes are 60 minutes, unless "30" for 30-minute classes or "45" for 45-minute classes is listed in the class title.
