Arvind Sharma

Assistant Professor of the Practice in Applied Economics

Profile

Arvind Sharma holds a Ph.D. in Applied Economics from Northeastern University. His research interest lies in applied micro-econometrics and causal analysis in Industrial Organization, Labor/Development Economics, and Finance. He also has experience in survey design and implementation of randomized control trials. 

Prior to joining Boston College, Arvind was an Instructor of Economics at the Department of Economics, Northeastern University, where he has taught a variety of courses at both graduate and undergraduate levels. Arvind has also taught at institutions in the Boston-Cambridge area including the Harvard Summer School. 

Arvind earned his M.S. from Boston College and B.A. from The University of Hong Kong.
