Coming from Arlington, Virginia, Ned is a Senior International Studies major and a Global Public Health and Hispanic Studies minor. In the fall of 2025, he studied abroad in Utrecht, Netherlands. While in the Netherlands, he took classes on European Cold War diplomacy, international law, and Dutch language and culture. He has aspirations for a career in public service in the law or diplomacy sectors. These past two summers he has interned in Washington D.C., first at an international religious freedom NGO, and most recently at a lobbying firm, Ferox Strategies.

On campus, Ned is an active member of 4Boston, having volunteered since freshman year and served as a small group leader his sophomore year. He is also president of the Global Conversations Club and has worked on Professor Krause’s Political Violence Project team. This year, he is very excited to begin his role as an IS Peer Advisor and support fellow students and the IS community.
