Monday: 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Tuesday: 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Wednesday: 6:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.
Thursday: 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Friday: 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
After the Broad Institute processes your test, you will receive an email from CareEvolve@lknotification.com with information about how to access your results.
Test results are available within 26 hours of arriving at the lab (which may be a few hours after your actual test time).
A negative result will come via email from CareEvolve@lknotification.com. Login to your CareEvolve account or register now if you haven't already done so to view your results. Register using the exact BC email address used to contact you (refer to the TO: field of your CareEvolve email).
A positive or inconclusive result will come via phone call from the ordering physician or a designee at the phone number you have provided in Agora;
To verify/update your contact information, go to Agora Portal > Account and Personal Info > Address/Phone/Emergency Contact, & follow the on screen instructions.
