Biography
Chloe Partridge is a second-year English M.A. student whose research interests include medieval and early modern literature and women’s and gender studies. She is interested in questioning depictions and representations of femininity, gender, and sexuality to investigate moments of gendered subversion and female agency. In analyzing women’s roles, experiences, and actions through frames of empowerment, retaliation, and defiance, she hopes to reaffirm the power of feminine voices across textual history. Chloe holds a B.A. in English from Siena University.
