Profile

Since the age of 10 film has been an important part of my life. Originally as a means of escape but eventually as a mode of expression. At a young age I began writing, shooting and editing my own short films. In college and grad school I deepened my knowledge about the technical, philosophical and psychological aspects of cinema and image making.  My passion is telling a story visually and teaching students how this is possible. The unending engagement in the medium through writing, creating and editing helps me explore the unanswerable questions of life. I also love dogs.
