Biography
Originally from Santa Cruz, California, Emily Florance did her undergraduate studies at Bard College in Creative Writing. Her current research interests are folklore studies, the Gothic, and contemporary Irish and British fiction. Before BC, Emily taught in a French immersion K-3 program in New Orleans. Currently, she teaches FWS as a teaching fellow.
