Profile

Jennifer serves Assistant Dean of Undergraduate Advising at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, OH. Prior to starting at CWRU in July 2023, she served as the Associate Athletics Director of Leadership & Learning at the University of Cincinnati, where she developed and coordinated the Student-Athlete Development Academy. She worked with college athletes for 20 years, was a collegiate athlete herself, and has experience coaching youth sports. Jennifer conducts stress management workshops for student-athletes and is a certified Mind-Body Skills Program Facilitator.

As a member of the National Association of Academic & Student-Athlete Development Professionals, she served a faculty for the Professional Development Institute. She also serves as adjunct faculty in the Sport Administration Department at UC, having taught SPAD 2050: Psychology of Sport since the Fall 2013 semester.

With 20 years of experience teaching college students, Jennifer most enjoys serving as a guide to students as they connect their learning with real-world experiences. She received the designation of eLearning Champion from the Office of the Provost, and regularly participates in professional development opportunities.
