Biography
Mason Braasch is a second-year MA student in the Morrissey College of Arts and Sciences studying 20th century religion in the United States, specifically with a focus on the relationship between feminism and evangelicalism. She currently serves as an Editorial Fellow on the editorial board of Sharing Stories from 1977, a prominent digital humanities project working to publish biographies and demographic research of nearly the 2000 elected 1977 National Women's Conference delegates, researched and written by students nationally.
Mason graduated with academic distinction from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2023 with a BA in Journalism and certificates in History and Digital Studies. During her time at Wisconsin, she received the Curti Writing prize from the UW-Madison Department of History for her paper, "The All American Girls’ Professional Baseball League and the Curated Image of Femininity."
