Catherine Conahan is an assistant professor of the practice at Boston College, in the William F. Connell School of Nursing (CSON). She has a hybrid role at Boston College as a working NP at a Jesuit high school for underprivileged students and as a teaching professor. At the high school she precepts 2-3 DNP student per day and is the faculty mentor for the students DNP projects at the high school. In addition to her work with vulnerable populations she teaches at least one class per semester in both the DNP and undergraduate nursing curriculum at CSON.
