Advancing the Science of Care: Highlights from the ENRS Scientific Sessions

In March, the Connell School represented its commitment to evidence-based practice at the Eastern Nursing Research Society (ENRS) Annual Scientific Sessions. Doctoral students and faculty presented scholarly work addressing some of today’s most pressing health care challenges, from end-of-life pediatric care to groundbreaking type 2 diabetes tools. Two presentations were selected for conference awards:

Eliminating Intravenous Fluid during Colonoscopies Results in Measurable, but Not Clinically Significant Hypotension” by Melissa Rogers ’17, Yan Liu, and Jacquelyn Bentley (all D.N.P. ’26) with faculty mentors Sarah Given and Megan Clancy.
