Jinhee Park, Ph.D., RN is an assistant professor at the Connell School of Nursing. The overall goal of Dr. Park’s program of research is to improve health and developmental outcomes of infants and young children with feeding problems and their families. Her work focused first on supporting feeding difficulties in high-risk preterm infants. In particular, she explores early feeding intervention supports for high-risk preterm infants in NICU and factors associated with their early feeding skill development. Her research methodology is in the area of observational methods and integration of physiologic and behavioral measures.
Dr. Park’s clinical background is in neonatal nursing. She is a member of Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing, the National Association of Neonatal Nurses, the Academy of Neonatal Nursing, and the Korean Nurses Association.
