Profile

Chris Hannan has been teaching history for more than 30 years. He has graduate degrees in Medieval and Colonial American History. Specializing in the History of Boston and New England, Maritime History, and American social and cultural history with courses in the History of Sports, Film and popular music, his courses incorporate walking tours of Boston and her neighborhoods. Dr. Hannan holds degrees from Harvard College, the University of St. Andrews in Scotland, and from Boston College.
