Josh Lown got several abstracts accepted at SSWR. His oral presentation is titled "Collective Efficacy and Its Effect on Witnessed Violence and Neighborhood Disorganization." His poster is titled "Mechanisms of Community Control: Informal Social Control and the Activation of Formal Systems of Community Control." His roundtable, which is being presented with Smitha Rao and Dale Maglalang, is titled "...the Point is to Change It: The Limits of Critique and the Development of Emancipatory Social Work Praxis."
