National Disability Employment Awareness Month | October 2026

This October, we celebrate National Disability Employment Awareness Month (NDEAM), an annual recognition of the contributions of people with disabilities in the American workforce. The observance began in 1945 as a weeklong event focused on physical disabilities; today, it is a month-long national effort to raise awareness about inclusive employment. 2026 National Disability Employment Awareness Month Resources
