Get to know BC Dining

We're proud to source fresh produce from Massachusetts farms, cheese from Vermont, and ice cream from Rhode Island. You'll see those items on the menu at our student-run Loft at Addie's in the form of custom flatbreads, handmade veggie burgers, and fantastic sandwiches.

Dining Plan dollars can be used to buy fresh fruits, vegetables, and locally-made baked goods at the BC Farmer's Market, held weekly in the fall.

Our chefs regularly create new menu items for all tastes and are experts in finding nutritious ways to accommodate for allergies and other medical conditions.

BC Dining supports Every Bite Counts, a student volunteer group that helps donate food to more than 40 nonprofits in the Greater Boston area.

BC Dining is a self-operated food service that pays a living wage and offers generous benefits to full-time staff.

Introducing Global Flavors

Each week in November, BC Dining showcases a different global cuisine, serving dishes like Japanese katsu rice bowls and lahmajun, Armenian flatbreads topped with ground meat or vegetables. The recipes are developed by BC Dining employees in collaboration with student cultural clubs on campus, bringing diverse flavors and ingredients to the Heights.
