Group Fitness

Weekdays through the spring we are offering a variety of wellness activities with some of our Campus Recreation staff. Each day has a theme: Mindfulness Monday, Tabata Tuesday, Wellness Wednesday, Trailblazer Thursday, and Fitness Friday. Join us on select days for an at-home fitness class via Zoom! Do not worry if you can't make it, we will archive all the posts and videos below so you can access the content at your leisure when you need it most.

Small Group Training

For those who prefer a smaller class size and would like more personalized attention from the instructor, we offer a variety of small group training programs. Small groups typically consist of 6-8 participants per trainer and there is more of a focus on progression and skill development over time.

Personal Training

Personal training sessions consist of focused, personalized workouts with our certified trainers. Trainers will meet with clients to discuss their health and fitness goals and determine their current fitness level, and then use that information to develop a custom, tailored workout to help them achieve maximum results.

Fitness Outreach

Our Fitness Outreach program provides made-to-order fitness classes for a specific group or special event upon request. If space is available, the class can be located in the facility of your choice. These services are made available for a fee through Fitness Outreach.

Healthy You

This is a great way to kick start your routine and get yourself on the path to a healthier lifestyle! Campus Recreation and Healthy You often partner to offer courses at half price for faculty and staff.

Prep Courses

Interested in becoming a personal trainer or group fitness instructor? Enroll in a semester-long prep course to prepare for a nationally accredited certification exam and gain hands-on experience.
