The online certificate in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) offers courses that help organizational managers, directors, and leaders develop enduring, long-term solutions that advance equity. With a DEI certificate, students will develop the knowledge and skills needed to lead inclusive teams that strategically impact organizational culture.

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university (minimum GPA 3.0)

Applicants whose undergraduate GPA falls below 3.0 will be considered for admission. Applications will be considered in light of other factors, including letters of reference and personal statement.
