Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion

Graduate Certificate

Now more than ever, there is a rapidly increasing demand for diversity officers and professionals with specific experience and certification in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. Further, the field of DEI is experiencing significant growth–approximately 113% in the past five years–due to nationwide efforts demanding social justice (LinkedIn, 2020).

The online certificate in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) aims to offer courses that help organizational managers, directors, and leaders prepare themselves and their offices for enduring, long-term solutions that advance equity for all.
