Yoko Graham-Masuda has been teaching Japanese since 2010 and joined the Department of Eastern, Slavic, and German Studies at Boston College in 2022. Graham-Masuda received her B.A. in English from Kanda University of International Studies (Japan), M.A. in Intercultural Relations from Lesley University, and is a master's candidate in Japanese Pedagogy at Columbia University. Her research interests include effective pedagogical approaches to mixed classes with heritage language learners, extensive reading, and evaluation methods.
