Kneipp, Ph.D., RN, ANP, PHNA-BC, is the Sarah Frances Russell Distinguished Term Professor in the School of Nursing, and an Adjunct Associate Professor in the Gillings School of Global Public Health at the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill. She is also the Immediate Past Chair of the American Public Health Association Public Health Nursing Section.
