Together is a student-centered grief support group for undergraduate students at Boston College. It’s an opportunity for any undergrads carrying grief at BC to get to see that they’re far from alone in this experience.

Participants meet weekly in small groups in a private setting to listen and share whatever they’d like about their experience of grief, guided by a facilitator.

Groups meet six times throughout the semester, and form according to people’s schedules.

Grad Student Grief Group poster.

Since Together is specifically for undergrads, we now have a similar opportunity specifically for graduate students: a peer group for graduate students experiencing grief and loss.

The Graduate Student Grief Group is a peer support group for graduate students at Boston College who are carrying grief. Groups will meet for 1 hour a week virtually for 6 consecutive weeks throughout the semester. Our expectation is that participants will attend all six sessions.
