Campus Recreation & Healthy You are pleased to offer spring session courses at half price for faculty/staff members!
All benefits-eligible employees at BC who are also members of Campus Rec pay only half of the member rate for a course and Healthy You pays the other half. The 50% off rate will be automatically applied when you register; you will see the discount at check out.
There is no FitClub this semester, but try the new Kickstarter Motivate with Bryan. This is a great way to jumpstart your routine and get yourself on the path to a healthier lifestyle!

Healthy You is excited to announce livestream yoga classes this Fall. For more detailed information, see below.
Weekly Online Yoga Classes: This Fall, we will have weekly slow flow and gentle yoga classes held via Zoom. Whether you are new to yoga or looking to refine your practice, these classes will be geared towards all levels with clear instruction and ways to modify. No experience is necessary, and all you need at home is a yoga mat or something to practice on!
To join a class, register below. Once added to class, you will be invited via Google Calendar, which will have the Zoom information. Please download Zoom to your computer. If you have questions, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.

Bring Chair Yoga to Your Home Office: Feeling a little tense from your at-home work set up? Give chair yoga a try! Try a one-on-one session or get your team together virtually.

A weekly newsletter with tips on stress management, gentle exercises you can do from your desk or work place, healthy recipes, and mindfulness practices. This information comes from Eva Christopherson’s experience as a yoga teacher, and her studies in meditation and ayurveda, the sister science of yoga.

For days you are unable to fit a class into your schedule, feel free to check out this library of free classes on YouTube. Each week Eva Christopherson uploads a new yoga class, guided meditation, or short tutorial. Make sure to hit subscribe to get notifications when a new free class has been published.

Harvard Pilgrim Fitness Reimbursement
Submit your Harvard Pilgrim Fitness Reimbursement form by March 31st to get up to $150 reimbursed per calendar year (January-December) for health club membership dues. Membership at the Margot Connell Recreation Center and courses taken through Campus Recreation count for reimbursement!
