Support Services, along with the rest of Facilities Services, assists all of the University’s departments in providing the students and staff with comfortable and functional spaces to complete the University’s mission "to live in service to others." In addition to the on-campus buildings, we also manage a university warehouse, care for three remote properties in Dover, Weston and Cohasset and provide mail & package services for the entire campus community.
Moving
Small office and furniture moves are coordinated internally by our move team. Larger moves that require an outside mover may require funding from an approved capital project or a department budget. To request a move, please submit a work ticket, and be sure to include photos of your boxes and/or furniture to help us plan the work.

Storage
The Boston College warehouse, located at 610 Pleasant Street in Watertown, currently provides materials storage capacity for several University departments. A computerized inventory system provides tracks all materials as they are received and dispatched. Questions? Call the warehouse at 617-552-2537 or email Thomas Walsh.
Information for Students
BC Facilities does not handle moving and storage for students. Students in need of storage or shipping of their items should contact Piece by Piece Movers at storagebc.com. Piece by Piece is the only vendor permitted on-campus to collect and store students' belongings.
