The mission of the Boston College Work Order Center is to provide the highest quality customer service and campus communications for the students, faculty and staff at Boston College. We serve the community on many levels and provide customer feedback and comments to our partners in the Facilities Management Division. The WOC processes and handles over 30,000 work requests each year and provides emergency and event coverage for all of the Boston College community.
Requests for Service
Maintenance and repair activities are coordinated by the Work Order Center and the shop supervisors.
