Need to track down a package?

Packages sent to BC faculty and staff are not received centrally unless they are shipped via the U.S. Postal Service. If you are looking for a package, start by checking the tracking number at the carrier's website:

Packages ordered from can only be tracked through the account holder's order details (refer to Amazon's instructions).

If you can't find what you need at the carrier's website, please submit a package inquiry to Mail Services, and we will do our best to help you.

Note that there is no need to include "Boston College" in the address, as carriers recognize these street addresses as BC locations.
