Dr. Stockmann, a respected physician and scientist, has discovered that the town’s famed medicinal health spa is being fed by poisoned waters. Instead of being thanked for his findings, the mayor, local businessmen, and the press cry “Fake News,” denounce his story, and put a positive spin on the benefits of the health resort.

Updated to a place not unlike the great state of Florida, where the country club abuts the everglades and everything is humid and everyone is every-so-slightly... strange, this musical Midsummer takes place on the eve of billionaire film producer Demetrius and District Attorney Hermia's wedding of the century. The comedy, enchantment, and twisted emotional journeys of the Bard's source material mixes with contemporary nonsense, and a whole lot of horns! All are welcomed in, including the audience, as words, dance and music fuse, and we find out just what twisted kind of Fools These Mortals Be.
Poor Clare
By Chiara Atik
Directed by Courtney Elkin Mohler
February 11th-14th, 2026
Bonn Studio Theatre
Synopsis
Poor Clare tells the story of a rich girl in 1211 Italy, whose days primarily revolve around elaborate hairstyles and dutifully going to church. Clare has a wealthy man ready to shower her with gifts and the most gorgeous outfits. But everything changes when this guy named Francis starts ranting and raving in the town square. She’s weirdly drawn to him? He gave up all his possessions just because poor people are suffering?
Based on the true stories of Saint Clare and Saint Francis of Assisi, Poor Clare asks the question: why do some people have so much, and some have so little? And what are you willing to do about it?

April 29th-May 2nd, 2027

Synopsis
Jesus Christ Superstar tells the story of Jesus in the final days leading up to his crucifixion. Loosely based on the Gospels, Superstar focuses on the personal conflicts between Jesus, his disciples, the people of Israel, and the leadership of Rome. Special attention is also played to the fractured friendship between Judas Iscariot and Jesus, as well as Jesus's relationship with Mary Magdalene, a devoted follower.
The iconic 1970s rock score (the show started life as a concept album) contains such well-known numbers as “Superstar,” “I Don’t Know How to Love Him” and “Gethsemane.” The show has dazzled audiences for decades and will be fun for the whole family.
